Chaotic restarts and high speeds led to an exciting NASCAR weekend at Michigan. Take a look at a few winners and losers from Sunday’s race.

Michigan International Speedway serves as the fastest track in the NASCAR circuit, and it delivered again this weekend.

We saw speeds as high as 219 MPH, as Joey Logano had a fast car throughout the afternoon, and we saw the new aero package set to be used in 2017.

Entering Sunday’s race, there were only three races left before the Chase, but with Michigan behind us, only Darlington and Richmond remain–and the race to make the Chase just got a lot more interesting.

Chris Buescher was able to retain his spot above the 30th-place mark in the driver standings while Kyle Larson earned the first win of his career. That leaves just three open spots filled by Chase Elliott, Austin Dillon and Jamie McMurray.

As I mentioned above, Larson got the first victory of his career on Sunday. After staying in the top-5 for the majority of the race, he made his move late and got in position. A late restart helped him take the lead and secure first place where he would go on to win the race.

Check out a few winners and losers from the Pure Michigan 400.
