Last weekend in Dover Kyle Busch was looking for the trifecta. After winning the Truck Series race and the Nationwide Series race earlier in the weekend; Busch was looking to win the Sprint Cup race at Dover which would have been his second win of the season. The beginning of the race was looking great for Busch and the No. 18 team. Busch had a fast car and was out in front for a good portion of of the race early on. However, Clint Bowyer and Busch got together on the track which caused Busch to slam into the outside wall and ultimately led to him having to head to the garage. Bowyer also sustained damage but he was able to go on and finish the race in the 4th position while Busch finished the race in the 42nd position.
