Checkered Countdown: Top-Five Bristol Finishes

Last week the Texas Motor Speedway proved to be once again Jimmie Johnson’s backyard as he got his fifth career victory in the Lone Star State. He will try to do it again this weekend as the NASCAR stars move to Bristol where the six-time champion has won only once. This half-mile oval is a typical short track, with thrilling bumper-to-bumper racing and the fights that often arise between drivers not happy with each other. “The Last Great Colosseum” is one of the most famous tracks on the schedule and has provided some great finishes through the years. In this edition of Checkered Countdown we will take a look at the five best of them to help you get into the right mindset for this weekend’s race.
