HOT – Kasey Kahne

Through eight races Kasey Kahne has been pretty impressive.

Entering Richmond Kahne is coming off of three consecutive top-10 finished including and 8th-place finish at Bristol. In eight races this season Kahne has six top-10 finishes with his only runs outside of the top-10 being a 13th and 19th.

Kahne’s consistency is a good thing to see after it was something that he was lacking in 2014. His consistency is also paying off as he finds himself 7th in the point standings.

Kahne has won at Richmond before (once) and on Saturday he will be looking to do that again. In 22 starts at Richmond, Kahne has four top-five finishes and an average finishing position of 17th which isn’t too shabby. Kahne also has one career pole at Richmond with an average starting position of 12th.
