Best Week Ever – Kurt Busch

Sometimes it’s not about having the best car as much as it is about having the best strategy or the most luck. In the case of Kurt Busch on Sunday, he had both strategy and luck on his side.

On that final run Busch was running second behind Kyle Larson. Larson could only go a handful of laps and was praying for the rains to come. Busch on the other hand was praying for Larson to need to pit. Larson did eventually pit and three laps later the rains came and the race was called. The win is the second of 2015 for Busch and it will move him up in the seeding for the NASCAR chase.

2015 started off in a tumultuous way for Busch and the No. 41 team but it has since turned into quite the feel-good story. This week the story resulted in Busch having the best week ever.
