Winner: Team Penske

Roger Penske has one of the most dangerous teams in all of NASCAR, despite just two drivers, and they proved that yet again at Las Vegas. With solid finishes at Daytona and Atlanta, Team Penske was looking for their first win of the season. Keselowski has shown his love for the track in the past while Logano is especially good at racing at 1.5-mile venues.

Though both of them bounced throughout the running order all day, they eventually found themselves in 2nd and 3rd late in the race, with Logano ahead of Keselowski. Eventually, the No. 2 car made his move around the No. 22 and went on to run down Kyle Busch with six to go, for his first win of the season, securing a birth in the Chase.

In the final laps, Logano was also able to get by Busch, giving Team Penske a a win and a 2nd-place finish in a rather wild race that proved to be good for a few Ford cars.

Penske’s big day in Nevada gave them momentum heading into Phoenix, and once Logano gets his first win of the season, the team will be locked up and ready to roll for the Chase.
