NASCAR heads to Talladega this weekend for some fun in the draft. Take a look at a few drivers who have an edge over the competition.

It’s finally here. The tenth race of the season means Talladega is up next. It serves as one of the most exhilarating rides of the year with cars driving 200 MPH around the curves of the longest track in the circuit.

Talladega is known for high-speed action performed in close quarters as cars battle in the draft throughout the course of the race. Some of the greatest drivers in the sport, like Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon, have made a name for themselves because of their incredible drafting skills, which eventually led to wins.

The last time NASCAR visited Talladega was October, as we all remember the Chase race summarized by Kevin Harvick’s controversial move at the end and Joey Logano’s unpopular win.

This time around, there won’t be seasons on the line, but the race will still be exciting as we look to see if anyone can dethrone JGR’s four-week domination and to see if an unlikely driver can capture a win.

Going into the weekend, Carl Edwards, Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin and Brad Keselowski all hold spots in the Chase.

Talladega truly is a toss up with “The Big One” lurking as each lap goes by. Let’s take a look at five drivers who will use past Talladega experience to their advantage this Sunday.
