Get ready for Saturday’s Grand Prix of Indianapolis, the prelude to the Indy 500, with the BTF Power Rankings.

The month that IndyCar fans have been waiting for is finally here. The entire month of May, the Verizon IndyCar Series will be busy getting ready for the centennial edition of the Indianapolis 500. But first, they will have to survive the left and right turns of the Indy road course, in the Grand Prix of Indianapolis.

Now in its third year, the Angie’s List Grand Prix of Indianapolis has seen some crazy incidents and two winners from two different teams with two different manufacturers already. How far does a win carry you into the Indianapolis 500 though? Only time will tell if drivers can convert success on the road course into a high-profile victory in the greatest spectacle in racing.

Here are the IndyCar power rankings heading into the Grand Prix of Indianapolis this weekend:

First Four Out:  #14 Takuma Sato, #28 Ryan Hunter-Reay, #41 Jack Hawksworth, #26 Carlos Munoz
