TV Tuner – Motorsports TV Schedule, June 2nd to 5th
By Alex Herbst
The month of May is behind us, but there’s still a lot of racing to come in the first weekend in June.
It was a weekend to remember with three of the biggest races of the year all in action from around the globe. Two of those three series will be back again this weekend, with lots more racing around the United States on tap too.
NASCAR will head to Pocono Raceway to race on the tricky triangle for the first time this season, supported once again by the ARCA Racing Series. They will add the NASCAR Xfinity Series to the slate for the first time at the track too on Saturday afternoon. Meanwhile, IndyCar will be racing just a few states over along with IMSA sports cars at the Belle Isle circuit just outside of Detroit. The open wheeled cars will race a weekend doubleheader, while the WeatherTech Sportscar Championship will race only on Saturday.
In other racing action, the AMA Pro Motorcross circuit will head to Thunder Valley on Saturday. Meanwhile, NHRA drag racing will originate from Epping, New Hampshire this weekend, with tape delayed finals. Finally, the motorcycles on the slick asphalt of MotoAmerica and MotoGP are back too.
