Let’s be honest, NASCAR fans are not coming out in the droves that they were a decade ago and there are a lot of reasons as to why. One of those has to do with change and the overall dislike of change in NASCAR.

That is a lesson the sport of NASCAR has failed to understand over the past decade and it is costing them more and more every day. Not only is it failing to bring in new fans to the sport, something that NASCAR claimed would happen after their landmark deal with NBC, but also its causing longtime fans of the sport to leave it for good.
