Joe Gibbs Improves at Pocono

The last time NASCAR was in Pocono Kurt Busch was able to hold off Dale Jr.on fumes and for one rare race a Toyota car wasn’t a factor in the finish.

The highest finish for a Toyota driver was Matt Kenseth, who finished in seventh, and only two Toyota cars ended up in the top 10.

Toyota, specifically Joe Gibbs Racing, will be looking to show that they’ve learned something from being at this track back in June, and after finishing with four cars in the top 10 last week at Indy, it’s very likely that Toyota will be a major factor at Pocono this time.

Kyle Busch almost won this race last year, but ran out of fuel on the final lap. After a fantastic performance at Indianapolis last week fans should expect the 18 to be one of the top cars throughout the race on Sunday.

NASCAR will be back and the Tricky Triangle this weekend, and with Toyota performing well last week, expect to see the manufacturer back on top during the Pennsylvania 400.
