Kevin Harvick continued his NASCAR Cup Series winning streak last weekend at ISM Raceway in Phoenix. What are the five things we learned this week?

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series is leaving the desert similarly to how it left Las Vegas. Once again, it was Kevin Harvick taking home the checkered flag for the third race in a row in the TicketGuardian 500 at ISM Raceway.

Well…the fourth round of 2018 NASCAR Cup Series racing is in the books and the king of the ring is once again Kevin Harvick. Harvick took home his third win of the year and third in a row at ISM Raceway this past Sunday. The main question on everyone’s mind heading to Auto Club Speedway this weekend is, will Kevin Harvick ever lose?

It only took 38 laps led by Kevin Harvick to win again at Phoenix on Sunday. Despite having his win at Las Vegas vacated for an inspection issue, Harvick bounced back to win at Phoenix anyway. Chase Elliott had a strong showing by finishing in third. This, of course, was just what Elliott and his NAPA Chevrolet team needed after a dismal 34th finish the week prior at Las Vegas.

It appears early on that Toyota doesn’t quite have the same dominance as they had just one year ago. However, we are only four races in with plenty of time left for Toyota to find its speed and regain the role as top manufacturer. The series will head to Auto Club Speedway this weekend, but first let’s take a look at the five things we learned from Phoenix!
