Pascal Wehrlein took his second pole position of the 2018-2019 Formula E season by taking the pole position for the season’s eighth race, the Paris ePrix.

Entering the eighth race of the 13-race 2018-2019 Formula E season, the Paris ePrix, seven different drivers had taken one pole position through the season’s first seven races.

Mahindra Racing’s Pascal Wehrlein changed this trend by taking the pole position for this race, as he also took the pole position for the season’s fourth race, the Mexico City ePrix.

Wehrlein took the pole position for the 45-minute race around the 14-turn, 1.20-mile (1.931-kilometer) Circuit des Invalides temporary street circuit in Paris, France by recording a top lap time of 60.383 seconds (71.543 miles per hour) in the Super Pole qualifying session for the race in his #94 Spark-Mahindra.
