The 2010s decade of the NASCAR Cup Series is in the books. Who topped the decade in victories, and how many drivers found victory lane?

Joe Gibbs Racing’s Kyle Busch closed out the 2010s decade of NASCAR Cup Series competition with a victory in the 2019 season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway, a victory that secured him his second career championship and his first since 2015.

This 267-lap Ford EcoBoost 400 around the four-turn, 1.5-mile (2.414-kilometer) Homestead-Miami Speedway oval was the 360th and final race of the decade, a decade that began with Jamie McMurray winning the 52nd annual Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway back in February of 2010.

How many different drivers found victory lane throughout the decade, and who made the most trips to victory lane?

More from NASCAR Cup Series

In total, 37 different drivers took the checkered flag in a Cup Series race at some point in from 2010 to 2019, with 27 of these 37 drivers doing so multiple times.

It was Busch who collected the most victories, and it took him until the 360th and final race of the decade to secure that honor with his 40th victory; Kevin Harvick ended the decade with 38 wins.

As a result, a victory for Harvick in the season finale would have created a two-driver tie among the newly crowned two-time champion and the 2014 champion.
