NASCAR: Kevin Harvick set to debut new Busch scheme at Bristol
By Asher Fair
Kevin Harvick is set to debut a new Busch Light Apple paint scheme in tonight’s NASCAR Cup Series All-Star Race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Busch Beer has made a habit of introducing new and creative paint schemes to run on the #4 Stewart-Haas Racing Ford of 2014 NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick, most recently with their patriotic scheme that appeared at Indianapolis Motor Speedway for his third Brickyard 400 win two Sundays ago.
They have introduced another new paint scheme for the 44-year-old Bakersfield, California native to run in this evening’s All-Star Race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Harvick is set to run the first-ever bright-red Busch Light Apple paint scheme to celebrate Busch Light’s first-ever flavor innovation. Busch Light Apple is available for a limited time in packs of 12, 24 or 30 12-ounce cans as well as 16-ounce cans in select states across the country, and fans should keep an eye out for special offerings during this limited-edition run!

“The development and launch of Busch Light Apple is one of the most significant moments in our brand’s 65-year history,” said Daniel Blake, Vice President of Value Brands at Anheuser-Busch. “We tested this flavor and knew immediately that our fans would love the crisp, refreshing taste. Our fans have had an incredible reaction to everything we’ve done this year, and with this limited-time run we know they’ll be moving quickly to try it before it’s out of the market.”
This new product was announced with a keynote address delivered by Busch Guy, the brand’s spokesperson.
Additionally, fans can opt for a one-of-a-kind insurance program promotion on the new product, Busch Light Apple Damage Protection. Busch will award Busch Light Apple Beer Replacement Protection to 1,000 lucky recipients who share a photo of their new Busch Light Apple with $10 dollars to use toward a replacement pack.
