Ahead of the “Fast Friday” practice session for the Indy 500, there have been a few changes in the race odds, including at the top.

Following Indy 500 practice sessions on Tuesday and Thursday, the turbocharger boost levels are set to be increased for the 33-car field, adding an estimated 90 horsepower to the Chevrolet and Honda engines for the “Fast Friday” session.

Before practice began at the four-turn, 2.5-mile (4.023-kilometer) Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval in Speedway, Indiana, Team Penske’s Josef Newgarden and Chip Ganassi Racing’s Alex Palou were listed as the co-favorites at +700 (bet $100 to win $700).

Palou then saw his odds move to +650 to make him the lone favorite, but they dropped back down to +700. Now there has been another change, with Palou’s odds dropping to +750.

He has been replaced as a co-favorite with Newgarden by teammate Scott Dixon, who has seen his odds move to +700.

Of the top six drivers listed, Dixon is the only former Indy 500 winner, having won the race in 2008. He is a four-time polesitter of the race and most recently took the pole position for it last year.

There have been a few other odds changes throughout the field, though there is still no listing for Stefan Wilson, who is driving the #25 Chevrolet for DragonSpeed/Cusick Motorsports.

Here is a full list of the odds ahead of today’s Fast Friday practice session.
