NASCAR: 5 full-time drivers who have never won a race
By Asher Fair
Following Tyler Reddick’s first win, just five of the 32 full-time NASCAR Cup Series drivers have never found victory lane, and several have never come close.
In his 92nd career NASCAR Cup Series start, Richard Childress Racing’s Tyler Reddick finally broke through and earned his first victory at Road America this past Sunday afternoon, becoming the fifth different first-time winner through the first 18 races of the 2022 season.
The four drivers who earned their first career wins before Reddick this season include Team Penske rookie Austin Cindric, Stewart-Haas Racing’s Chase Briscoe, and Trackhouse Racing Team teammates Ross Chastain (two wins) and Daniel Suarez.
One-third of the 2022 season’s races have been won by drivers who entered the year without any victories. With the addition of these five drivers to the all-time wins list, there are just five full-time drivers who do not have any victories to their name.
Here’s a look at all five, ordered by their position in the point standings (among the 32 full-time drivers).

Which of these five drivers will be next to secure career Cup Series win number one? Will any of them ever manage to do so, or will the next first-time winner be a driver who does not currently compete full-time?
