After a silly season full of driver changes across several teams throughout the 2022 Formula 1 season, the driver lineup is solidified for 2023.

The 2022 Formula 1 silly season was one filled with chaos, legal battles, and signings which once upon a time would have been considered massively shocking.

In total, just 14 of the 20 drivers from this past season are set to return to their seats for 2023. Two drivers are set to switch teams, while four drivers from 2022 have left the sport and four new ones, including three rookies, are set to join the grid.

No team replaced both of their drivers, however, meaning that just four of the 10 teams are set to enter next season with the same lineup they fielded in 2022.

Those four teams are the teams who finished in the top three in the constructor standings, Red Bull, Ferrari, and Mercedes, as well as Alfa Romeo.

With Logan Sargeant having secured his Super License, thus securing his Williams seat as the replacement for the outgoing Nicholas Latifi alongside Alexander Albon, there are no more open seats in next year’s driver lineup.

Here’s a look at the 2023 roster for each team, with no more changes expected.
