The team entered the No. 04 Ford for Kaden Honeycutt in the season opener at Daytona International Speedway last Friday, but he did not qualify for the race. Honeycutt competed part-time in the Truck Series for G2G Racing and On Point Motorsports last year.

The 19-year-old Willow Park, Texas native’s schedule also includes the season’s next five races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Friday, March 3; Atlanta Motor Speedway on Saturday, March 18; Circuit of the Americas on Saturday, March 25; Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday, April 1; and Bristol Motor Speedway (dirt) on Saturday, April 8.

Roper himself did not have any plans to compete throughout the 2023 season. His career-best finish of third place, which he recorded in the 2021 season opener at Daytona International Speedway, is also the team’s all-time best result. He also finished in sixth at Talladega Superspeedway later that year and ninth at Texas Motor Speedway in 2019.
