Daniel Ricciardo will look to make a full-time return to Formula 1 in 2024, but which teams would be willing to sign the Australian?

Daniel Ricciardo has been tipped for a return to Formula 1 ever since he left his seat at McLaren following the 2022 season. Given his popularity and status in the sport, rumors continue to swirl, as it is quite a hot topic.

The Australian is currently the third driver at Red Bull and is putting in quite a lot of work in the simulator. Realistically, where could he go in hopes of reviving his career?

Here are three potential teams with which Ricciardo could make his Formula 1 return.

Possible Daniel Ricciardo Formula 1 landing spots: No. 1 – Haas

There were strong rumors about Daniel Ricciardo joining Haas for the 2023 season. However, it never became a reality, as they went with Nico Hulkenberg instead. But there is still potential for the 33-year-old to join Haas next season, given the fact that neither one of their two drivers is safe.

By the looks of it, Haas have been taking steps in the right direction over the past couple of seasons. They have a car capable of competing for points every race, and that could be something that draws the attention of Ricciardo.

Whether Ricciardo joins Hulkenberg or Kevin Magnussen, Haas would still have a solid driver lineup. They have done well to open up the 2023 season, and both drivers are performing well. While this may be a good fit for Ricciardo, it all depends on whether Haas believe he could do better than either one of their current drivers.
