On a yearly basis, we see drivers lose their seats. Who could lose their seats at the conclusion of the 2023 Formula 1 season?

Given the fact that we are still in the early stages of the 2023 Formula 1 season, it may not be so clear as to who is on the hot seat.

However, speculation has already begun regarding who could lose their rides between the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

Here are three drivers who could be replaced.

Even though Ferrari seem to be rebounding well after a rough start to the season, it may not be enough to keep their current duo, despite the fact that both are under contract until the end of 2024. The team could look for a switch-up in the hopes of finally winning another world championship.

While Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr. have done well during their time together, they simply might not be the duo that bring glory back to Ferrari. Given the historical pedigree and high standard held for the Italian team, they could look for a fresh face if the hopes are high and the development of the SF-24 is looking optimistic.

Last season was a fairly good opportunity for Ferrari to take the constructor championship, but reliability and mistakes from Leclerc cost them chances of greater success. A switch could very well be on the cards for Ferrari if they truly believe pairing a different driver with either Leclerc or Sainz could bring them greater success.
