USA Network’s stretch of NASCAR Cup Series races is scheduled to continue this Sunday afternoon with the Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway.

For the fourth week in a row, a NASCAR Cup Series race is set to be broadcast live on USA Network, the alternative broadcast network during NBC’s portion of the broadcast calendar, instead of regular NBC.

NBC’s portion of the broadcast schedule, which includes the final 10 regular season events and all 10 playoff races, began with two races on regular NBC, one in late June and another in early July, but every race since then has been shown on the NBCUniversal-owned USA Network.

USA Network has been a regular part of NBC’s portion of the broadcast schedule since last year. NBC Sports Network, which used to air the races that weren’t shown on regular NBC, shut down after 2021.

Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race is the Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway.

This 400-lap race around the four-turn, 0.75-mile (1.207-kilometer) oval in Richmond, Virginia is the fourth of five consecutive races on USA Network, and it is the fourth of six races on USA Network’s schedule for the regular season.

The two remaining regular season races on USA Network this season include the races at Michigan International Speedway on Sunday, August 6 and Watkins Glen International on Sunday, August 20.

The two remaining regular season races on NBC this year include the races at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course on Sunday, August 13 and Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, August 26. The first four playoff races are then set for USA Network, while the final six are set for NBC.

Stewart-Haas Racing’s Kevin Harvick is the reigning winner of the Cook Out 400, though the winner at Richmond Raceway this past April was Hendrick Motorsports’ Kyle Larson.

FanDuel Sportsbook, which is offering fans an instant $100 just for betting $5, lists Joe Gibbs Racing’s Martin Truex Jr. as the +400 favorite to win Sunday’s race.
