Josh Bilicki made his third start of the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season, all with Garage 66 (MBM Motorsports), this past weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Unfortunately for Bilicki, his night ended early with a suspension issue in the No. 66 Ford, marking his first DNF of the season. The 37th place finish was his first last place finish since the April 2025 race at Bristol, when he was scored in 39th after being knocked out with an early electrical issue.
It was the team's sixth DNF of the 2026 season in their 13th start; Bilicki, whose first two starts at Watkins Glen International and Richmond Raceway produced finishes of 34th and 35th, respectively, is one four drivers who have driven the No. 66 car in a race this year.

But this weekend, Garage 66 will not compete at Kansas Speedway. In fact, there are no non-chartered (open) cars on the entry list for Sunday's 267-lap race around the four-turn, 1.5-mile (2.414-kilometer) Kansas City, Kansas oval. Just five of the season's first 29 races included only the 36 chartered cars.
Garage 66 plan to run three more races before the end of the 2026 season, and they have confirmed a driver for two of them. Gray Gaulding, who attempted to qualify for the regular season finale at Daytona International Speedway, is set to compete at Charlotte Motor Speedway in October and Martinsville Speedway in November.
Gaulding has not competed in a Cup race since June 2023, when he drove for Rick Ware Racing at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway.
The team also plan to enter the No. 66 Ford at Talladega Superspeedway in October, but they have not yet confirmed a driver for that race.
Other drivers who have driven the car this year include Casey Mears (one start), Timmy Hill (two starts), and Chad Finchum (seven starts). Finchum's 28th place finishes at Talladega and Nashville Superspeedway are the team's best of the year and also his career-highs.
With Charlotte being the next track on the team's schedule, they also plan to sit out next weekend's race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
