In his first NASCAR national series start since 2019, first Craftsman Truck Series start since 2011, and first Truck Series start at Richmond Raceway since 2001, Elliott Sadler became the latest member of Kaulig Racing's new "Free Agent Program" in their first year with Ram Trucks.

Sadler, the 13th different individual to drive the No. 25 Ram through the season's first 17 races, finished 32nd, four laps off the lead lap.

In this weekend's regular season finale at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, one of the four drivers who has already driven the truck in multiple races this season is set to return to the seat.

Elliott Sadler replacement confirmed for Richmond

Colin Braun, who is responsible for two of the truck's three top 10 finishes this season with his ninth place effort in the street course race in St. Petersburg, Florida and his 10th place effort in the road course race at Lime Rock Park, is set to run his first oval race since 2011 this weekend in Loudon, New Hampshire.

Braun is set to become the first driver to drive the No. 25 Ram three times in 2026. He does have three career national series starts at the "Magic Mile", including two in the Truck Series. He placed ninth at the track in the 2009 Truck Series season and placed 12th in his most recent start there back in the 2010 Nationwide Series season.

His most recent national series oval start came at Atlanta Motor Speedway during the 2011 Truck Series campaign. Despite being known as a road course ace, his lone career win came at Michigan International Speedway in the 2009 Truck Series season.

Beyond this weekend, the No. 25 Ram only has a confirmed driver for one of the seven races on the postseason schedule. Carson Ferguson, who has also made two appearances this season, is set to return for his third start in late October at Martinsville Speedway. He competed earlier this year at Bristol Motor Speedway and Nashville Superspeedway.
