The full-time field for the 2018 Formula One season is set. Here is a list of the 20 drivers who are set to be a part of it.

The offseason between the 2017 and 2018 Formula One seasons saw a fair amount of action. However, a lot of the action to set up the 2018 driver lineup, which is set to consist of 20 full-time drivers, took place prior to the end of the 2017 season.

Now that everything and everyone are settled into place and there are no more open full-time seats, let’s take a glance at the 20 full-time drivers in this season’s lineup.

Of these 20 drivers, four did not have full-time rides last season. Four drivers who did have full-time rides last season do not have full-time rides in 2018.

Among the drivers who have full-time rides this season but did not last season are Charles Leclerc, Pierre Gasly, Brendon Hartley and Sergey Sirotkin. All four of these drivers are set to be full-time drivers for the first time in their Formula One careers in the 2018 season.

Among the drivers who had full-time rides last season but do not this season are Pascal Wehrlein, Daniil Kvyat, Jolyon Palmer and Felipe Massa. Of those four drivers, only Massa officially retired from Formula One. The other three have not officially ruled out returning to the sport in the future.
