NASCAR teams and drivers celebrate Easter on social media
By Alex Herbst
As NASCAR takes the weekend off from racing to spend time with friends and family, teams and drivers turned to social media on Sunday to honor Easter.
The Easter holiday weekend is one of the rare weekends off in the middle of the NASCAR season for its teams, drivers, and fans across the Cup Series, Xfinity Series and the Truck Series as well.
This particular weekend is a welcome respite for weary teams who need a break from the fast pace at the start of the season.
Meanwhile, it is the perfect time for drivers to be with their friends and family and celebrate the Easter holiday.
