The 23rd race of the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series season is scheduled to take place this Sunday. Here is the entry list for that race.

The Consumers Energy 400 is the 23rd race on the 36-race 2018 NASCAR Cup Series schedule, and it is scheduled to take place this Sunday, August 12 at Michigan International Speedway.

This race is the second of two races on the 2018 schedule at the four-turn, 2.0-mile (3.219-kilometer) Michigan International Speedway oval in Brooklyn, Michigan. The other race at the track was a rain-shortened race that took place on Sunday, June 10.

The race at Michigan International Speedway back in June, the FireKeepers Casino 400, was scheduled to last for 200 laps, but it ended up lasting just 133 laps due to rain. Stewart-Haas Racing’s Clint Bowyer won that race, earning his second victory of the 2018 season. This Sunday’s race is also scheduled to last for 200 laps.

A total of 40 drivers are on the entry list for the 2018 Consumers Energy 400. If all 40 of those drivers end up driving in the race, the race would be just the sixth race of the season to feature a full field of 40 drivers.

Through 22 races so far this season, the five races that featured full fields of 40 drivers were the two races at Daytona International Speedway, the race at Talladega Superspeedway, the race at Charlotte Motor Speedway and the second race at Pocono Raceway. All 17 of the other races featured between 36 and 39 drivers.

Of the 40 drivers who are on the entry list for this Sunday’s race, 30 are full-time drivers who have raced in each of the 22 races that have been held so far this season while 10 are part-time drivers who have each made at least one start this season.

Here is a list of those 10 part-time drivers who are set to compete alongside the 30 full-time drivers in the Consumers Energy 400 at Michigan International Speedway this Sunday, August 12.
