How do the NASCAR Cup Series Driver Power Rankings look following Martin Truex Jr.’s third victory of the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series season?

Joe Gibbs Racing’s Martin Truex Jr. earned his third victory of the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series season and his third victory in the last five races by winning the 36-race season’s 13th race, the Coca-Cola 600, at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Truex Jr.’s victory in this 400-lap race around the four-turn, 1.5-mile (2.414-kilometer) Charlotte Motor Speedway oval in Concord, North Carolina made him the third driver to win three races so far this season.

Truex Jr. is now tied with teammate Kyle Busch and Team Penske’s Brad Keselowski atop the wins list so far this season with three victories. Three other drivers have combined to win the other four races that have been contested in 2019.

Joe Gibbs Racing’s Denny Hamlin won two of those four races while Team Penske’s Joey Logano and Hendrick Motorsports’ Chase Elliott each won one.
