It’s NASCAR Cup Series Championship 4 weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway, and if BUSCH ends up at the front, fans can win free beer. Oh, and Kyle Busch doesn’t count.

NASCAR Cup Series Championship 4 weekend is upon us, and Sunday’s season finale, the Ford EcoBoost 400, at Homestead-Miami Speedway is set to crown the 2019 champion.

Four drivers are set to compete in this 267-lap race around the four-turn, 1.5-mile (2.414-kilometer) Homestead-Miami Speedway oval in Homestead, Florida with a chance to win the title, and the highest finisher of these four drivers will be crowned.

Joe Gibbs Racing teammates Martin Truex Jr., Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch are set to battle it out with one another and with Stewart-Haas Racing’s Kevin Harvick.

More from NASCAR Cup Series

Truex is the most recent champion of the bunch having won the title in 2017. Harvick won it in 2014 and Busch won it in 2015 while Hamlin is still seeking his first championship after finishing in a career-high second place behind Jimmie Johnson back in 2010.

With all things considered, Busch has a 50% chance to win the championship, and not all of that is related to Kyle Busch. But 50% of that 50% could result in several lucky fans winning free Busch Beer. Busch Beer, the primary sponsor of Harvick’s #4 Ford, has been very active throughout the season in terms of engaging fans through promotions during races themselves such as this one, and that won’t change this weekend.

Whenever Harvick takes or holds the lead of this race in his #4 BUSCH Light Ford, any fan who Tweets using #Busch4Harvick will be entered for a chance to win beer for a year from Busch AND a signed, limited-edition Harvick Busch can!

Statistically speaking, the 43-year-old Bakersfield, California native is the best driver in the field at Homestead-Miami Speedway. His only win at the track came back in the 2014 season, allowing him to clinch the title in the first season of the Championship 4 era, but in 18 starts at the track, he has recorded 10 top five finishes and 16 top 10 finishes with an average finish of 6.56.

In the last five years, Harvick has not finished lower than fourth place there, and his average finish over the course of these five years is an impressive 2.60.

He has completed 4,811 out of a possible 4,812 laps at the track going back to his debut there the 2001 season, and he has led 373 of them. Over the last five years alone, he has led 237 of the 1,336 laps that have been contested, so there’s a chance Busch could be handing out a lot of free beer in the near future.
