Ryan Preece is slated to compete for military veterans in this Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval, and fans can enter to win a signed fire suit.

Maxwell House and NASCAR Cup Series team JTG Daugherty Racing have teamed up to thank servicemen and women for their service.

As a result, JTG Daugherty Racing driver Ryan Preece is set to run a special blue camo Maxwell Houses for Heroes paint scheme on his #37 Chevrolet in this Sunday’s Bank of America Roval 400 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval.

Fans can play a part in this support as well by signing up for free for a chance to win Preece’s signed Maxwell Houses for Heroes fire suit from this 109-lap race around the 17-turn, 2.28-mile (3.669-kilometer) road course in Concord, North Carolina.

Additional entries can be received by donating to Operation FINALLY HOME, a nonprofit which provides homes to veterans in need. The full rules of the competition are available on Operation FINALLY HOME’s website.

More from NASCAR Cup Series

Preece has struggled this year in what is his second season behind the wheel of the #37 Chevrolet with just two top 10 finishes, and he sits in 30th place in the championship standings.

But both of those two top 10 finishes have come in the last three races, as he finished in ninth place at Bristol Motor Speedway three Saturdays ago and 10th at Talladega Superspeedway this past Sunday, so he will look to keep up that momentum in what is considered a “wild card” race on Sunday.

Preece finished in 21st place at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval in his rookie year last year. He also competed at the track for Joe Gibbs Racing in the 2018 Xfinity Series season and finished in an impressive fourth.
