After failing to qualify for what would have been her first career NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series start at Watkins Glen International in May, Dystany Spurlock returned the following weekend at Dover Motor Speedway and officially made her series debut.

She crashed out of that race and did not return to the series until almost three months later at Richmond Raceway this past weekend, although she did so with a different team. After competing for MBM Motorsports in a part-time entry at Dover, she ran Team Reaume's full-time No. 2 Ford at Richmond through a collaboration with MBM.

While she finished 11 laps off the lead lap and was the last of the 35 drivers still running at the end of the race, it marked her first career national series finish.

Dystany Spurlock replacement confirmed at New Hampshire

Spurlock does not currently have any other races lined up for the 2026 season. In this Saturday's regular season finale at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, it's Luke Baldwin who is set to be back behind the wheel of the No. 2 Ford, which he's driven in five races already this year.

Baldwin, whose top finish of the season is 21st at Rockingham Speedway, is also set to run the truck in the first two playoff races at Bristol Motor Speedway and Kansas Speedway.

Beyond that, the No. 2 truck only has a confirmed driver for the season's final two races at Martinsville Speedway and Homestead-Miami Speedway. Clayton Green, who has made four starts in that truck this year (and seven with the team overall), is set to run it in both of those events.

The truck remains without a confirmed driver for the postseason races at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Phoenix Raceway, and Talladega Superspeedway.

New Hampshire Motor Speedway is set to host the Team EJP 175 this Saturday, August 22, with Fox Sports 1's live coverage scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. ET. Start a free trial of FuboTV today and don't miss the 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series regular season finale!
