Team Penske's Ryan Blaney took the pole position for Sunday's Iowa Corn 350 NASCAR Cup Series race at Iowa Speedway in Saturday afternoon's qualifying session.
He earned the top spot for Sunday afternoon's 350-lap race around the four-turn, 0.894-mile (1.439-kilometer) Newton, Iowa oval by recording a top lap speed of 134.191 miles per hour in his No. 12 Ford.
Hendrick Motorsports' Kyle Larson, whom Blaney beat to the top spot by 0.018 seconds, is set to start beside him on the front row behind the wheel of his No. 5 Chevrolet. Larson and Team Penske's Joey Logano posted the exact same qualifying speed, but Larson's came first, so he was awarded the tiebreaker. Logano is set to start third in his No. 22 Ford.
Here's a look at the full starting lineup for Sunday's Iowa Corn 350 at Iowa. Note that pre-race penalties are not factored into the chart below, with the most notable one being the one that will likely be heading Brad Keselowski's way after he crashed his No. 6 RFK Racing Ford during his second qualifying lap.
