Rackley WAR's Dawson Sutton is one of two full-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series drivers who missed the series' most recent race at Kansas Speedway two weekends ago due to other racing commitments, and filling in for him behind the wheel of his usual No. 26 Chevrolet was Toni Breidinger.

Breidinger had driven the No. 26 truck earlier in the year, but only in qualifying at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Her five previous appearances with the team in 2026 had come in the No. 27 Chevrolet. Two resulted in DNQs, and her top finish in the other three was 18th at Texas Motor Speedway.

This weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Sutton is set to return to action, and Breidinger will not compete.

What's next for Toni Breidinger?

Breidinger is set to make an additional start for Rackley WAR later this season. She is set to be back behind the wheel of the No. 27 truck at Talladega Superspeedway in late October.

She is also set to make another appearance behind the wheel of the No. 20 McAnally-Hilgemann Chevrolet, which she failed to qualify at Watkins Glen International back in April. She is set to drive that truck again at Phoenix Raceway next weekend.

As for Sutton, he is expected to run each of the season's final five races behind the wheel of the No. 26 Chevrolet. The Truck Series, just like the Cup Series and the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, does not have another off weekend scheduled between now and the end of the 2026 season.

Remaining races on the 2026 calendar after this weekend are scheduled to take place at Phoenix, Talladega, Martinsville Speedway, and Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Sutton sits 18th in the championship standings with a top finish of seventh place at Bristol Motor Speedway in April.

Friday's race, the Ecosave 200, is set to be shown live on Fox from Charlotte Motor Speedway, making it the first Truck Series race on Fox, rather than Fox Sports 1, since the street race in St. Petersburg, Florida, back in late February.
