Natalie Decker is set to announce her 2021 NASCAR plans with the new season now scheduled to get underway late next week.

Natalie Decker, who has competed part-time in the NASCAR Truck Series in each of the last two seasons, is set to return to NASCAR for the 2021 season.

The 23-year-old Eagle River, Wisconsin native has signed a deal to return to the sport in 2021, and she is set to confirm which series and which team in the very near future, two details she left out of the initial announcement.

She posted the following pictures on Twitter last week to confirm her return.

She did not reveal any specific timetable on an announcement, but the 2021 NASCAR season is now scheduled to get underway next week.

While Decker blurred out everything on the contract, several fans noted that the blurred out logo resembles a MBM Motorsports logo. MBM Motorsports field teams in both the Xfinity Series and the Cup Series. Decker has never competed in either series.

She made her Truck Series debut in 2019 with DGR-Crosley at Daytona International Speedway after attempting to do so in 2016 with MAKE Motorsports at Martinsville Speedway but failing to qualify.

After running a 19-race schedule throughout the 23-race 2019 season and finishing in a season-best 13th place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Decker made the move to Niece Motorsports for the 2020 season.

She competed in 13 races throughout the 23-race season as she struggled with multiple health issues. In the season-opening race at Daytona International Speedway, she finished in a career-high fifth place, the best ever finish for a woman in the Truck Series. She has recorded nine top 20 finishes and an average finish of 23.8 through 32 career starts.

The 2021 Truck Series season is scheduled to begin on Friday, February 12 with the NextEra Energy 250, which is set to be broadcast live on Fox Sports 1 beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET.
