Which drivers are set to compete in the third race of the 2019 IndyCar season, the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama, at Barber Motorsports Park? Here is the entry list for this race.

The third of 17 races on the 2019 IndyCar schedule, the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama, is scheduled to take place this Sunday, April 7 at Barber Motorsports Park. The 2019 season marks the 10th overall season and 10th consecutive season with a race at this track.

A total of 24 drivers are set to compete in the 90-lap race around the 17-turn, 2.38-mile (3.830-kilometer) Barber Motorsports Park natural terrain road course in Birmingham, Alabama.

Of the 24 drivers who are on the entry list for the IndyCar Classic, 20 are full-time drivers. All 20 of these drivers have competed in both of the season’s first two races on the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida and at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, respectively. The other four drivers on the entry list for this race are part-time drivers.

All four of the part-time drivers who are on the entry list for this race have competed in at least one race so far this season. Two of these four drivers have competed in both of the season’s first two races while the other two have competed in just one of them. The two who have competed in just one of these races both competed in a different race.

The part-time drivers who are set to compete in this Sunday’s race after competing in both of the season’s first two races are Ed Carpenter Racing’s Ed Jones, who is the team’s full-time road and street course driver, and Meyer Shank Racing’s Jack Harvey.

Carlin rookie Patricio O’Ward, who competed in the season’s second race, the IndyCar Classic, at Circuit of the Americas but not in the season opener, the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, on the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida is set to return for this Sunday’s race. He is set to drive the #31 Chevrolet in this race like he did in the season’s second race.

DragonSpeed rookie Ben Hanley, who competed in the season opener but not the season’s second race, is set to return for this Sunday’s race. He is set to drive the #81 Chevrolet in this race like he did in the season opener.
